My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was newly renovated and beautiful, but I could constantly hear the elevator motor vibrating and smell smoke from the wood-burning stove. Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms were spacious, with two bathrooms, one with a shower and a nice bathtub where I could relax while enjoying the stunning view of the Matterhorn from my balcony. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The cozy farmhouse charm of the rooms, the balcony with stunning views of snow-covered buildings and beautiful mountains, and the ideal set up for families with a great view of the Matterhorn all made my visit special. The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes from the train station and other key attractions in Zermatt.
